To register for the 2012 Scramble Fore the Cure tournament, simply e-mail the names of the participants to register@scramble4thecure.org. You can pay via PayPal, or send your payment (check or money order made out to "Scramble Fore the Cure") to:

Please make your payment arrangements (Paypal, check or cash) by April 18th. Contact brian@scramble4thecure.org if you have any questions.
- The cost is $100/player, which can be mailed to the address above, or sent via PayPal.
- We would like to have foursomes register however we will welcome any combination (singles, twosomes, or threesomes) and will attempt to match folks up accordingly.
- If joining as a foursome, a single point of contact or captain is needed.
